About Me
Life is difficult and we all need help at some point. Working through it with someone trustworthy is just the first step in creating a better you. With my clients I encourage self-efficacy, resilience, positive communication, authenticity, healthy boundaries, and self-care. My goal is to bring peace and positivity to the mind, body, and soul. This is accomplished through working hand-in-hand with my clients in understanding their situation from multiple viewpoints and then applying the best therapeutic modality that fit my client's needs. As a clinical social worker, I can understand how difficult the first step is in your therapeutic journey. Just remember, you do not have to go through this alone.

Within my practice, I provide a strength-based therapeutic approaches to set tangible goals specific to my client’s needs. These skills can then be transferred to everyday life situations that can be practiced by the client. Over time and practice, my sessions help rewire the negative thoughts and behaviors in order to construct a more positive and wholesome you!

Previously, I have worked in university and hospital settings as well as state and federal institutions. My background as a clinical social worker has given me a better understanding of trauma, emotions, habits, behaviors, and thought patterns. I work with people from various cultural backgrounds and age groups. Personally, self-care includes laughter, friends, family, exercising, meditation, and most recently learning how to play the ukulele.
